General Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions within the specified warranty period.
Warranty services are provided directly by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. Dynamic Computer acts as an intermediary and is not liable for defects arising after the product is sold in working condition.
A valid original invoice and warranty card (if applicable) must be presented for all warranty claims. Claims submitted without proper documentation will be rejected.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage due to accidents, drops, liquid exposure, or environmental factors (e.g., rust, burns).
Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or modifications (e.g., broken warranty seals, altered serial numbers).
Software-related issues, including operating system errors or virus infections.
Consumables such as power adapters, cables, printer cartridges, and additional accessories.
Dead pixels, screen burn-in, or minor display imperfections (unless exceeding the manufacturer's defect threshold).

Warranty Claim Process
Inspection Required Before Leaving Store:
Customers must verify product functionality before leaving the store. Any defects discovered later will be processed as a standard warranty claim.
Submission & Approval:
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or credit at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Processing time: 3–6 weeks (subject to manufacturer policies).
Discontinued Products:
If a product is no longer available, the manufacturer may offer an upgrade option (with additional cost) or a partial refund.
Limited & International Warranty:
Some products include a 1-year free warranty with optional extended service plans.
International warranty claims must be registered directly with the manufacturer.

Return & Refund Policy
At Dynamic Computer, we ensure a hassle-free return process for eligible products. Please review the following conditions before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products (considered sold upon unboxing).
Special orders, backordered items, and clearance products (final sale).
